Counselled one of the largest global healthy food and confectionary manufacturers regarding evidence proving the existence of permanent establishment in Lithuania, as well as on tax issues related to business development through already operating trade departments (2013);
Represented Klaipedos nafta, the manager of modern oil terminal and EUR 700 million LNG terminal development project, in a dispute with a third party service provider regarding cross-border VAT issues (2011–2013);
Advised a global personal care products producer Kimberly Clark on tax issues in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia in the Kimberly-Clark’s activity expansion in the Baltic States (2012);
During a taxation dispute drafted statements of claim and responses in the case against the State Tax Inspectorate regarding transfer pricing, the amount of the dispute was LTL 3.6 million (2012);

Drafted memoranda regarding the optimal structure of a foreign entity in Lithuania from the taxation point of view, regarding the risk of recognition of a permanent establishment, regarding business organisation risks, taxation implications of terminating financial lease agreements, regarding features of labour relations in agreements on individual activity (2012);
Gave private training to clients of the firm on the subject “The latest tendencies of the STI control in 2012 – what you need to know and how you should react”, “Individual activity or employment contract: let’s assess taxation risks” (2012), in cooperation with the American Chamber of Commerce led training to clients “Changes of the Law on Personal Income Tax Effective from 2014” (2013).
TGS Baltic successfully represented the insolvent SIA Viesis 2 claiming EUR 1,786,655.54 damages jointly and severally from its former management board members in order to enable the company to pay the claims of its creditors.
