Advised UAB XXT controlled by UAB M.M.M. projektai in selling the office complex S7 to Eastnine, a Swedish investment company. Advised the client on all legal issues related to the transaction, including performing legal due diligence, preparing transaction documents. Transaction with the value of EUR 128.3 million is a record transaction in the office segment in the Baltic States (2019);

Provides legal consultations to real estate development companies on issues related to the acquisition, development and transfer of parcels. The complex legal consultations provided include structuring real estate acquisition, transfer and financing transactions, drafting documents necessary for the implementation of the transactions (preliminary sale and purchase agreements, agreements on exercising a pre-emption right, loan agreements, master purchase agreements, security agreements) and representing in negotiations with a potential buyer. The total value of the transactions is over LTL 39 million (2014 – present);

Provided legal advice in a pre-trial dispute regarding the preparation of the special plan of an electricity transmission line and the establishment of related easements applied to the parcels, which included the assessment of the validity of the territorial planning process and of the solutions contained in the territorial planning document, the compliance thereof with the territorial planning documents of superior legal force and legislation, drafting of complaints to state authorities, as well as negotiations on a settlement agreement and the coordination of its conditions (2013-2014);

Provided legal consultations on performing modernisation works of a critical energy facility. Legal services included the preparation of special conditions of the contract and the negotiations with the institution financing the project on the coordination of the conditions of the contract. The value of the transaction exceeded LTL 26 million (2013);

Provided legal consultations to one of the major banks in Lithuania on investments into real estate companies. The complex legal consultations provided included advice on structuring of transactions, risk minimisation and other related issues, drafting transaction documents (framework agreement, claim rights assignment agreements and other appropriate contracts) and representing in negotiations on the coordination of transaction conditions as well as the conclusion and performance of the transactions (2010 – 2011);

Prepared a legal opinion on matters relating to designing of buildings and construction law in the dispute between the client and the contractor. The legal opinion concerned complex matters of construction law, such as functions and liability of the technical supervisor of the construction of a construction works, grounds and procedure for suspending the construction of a construction works, grounds for the approval of or refusal to approve the design documentation of a construction works, etc (2010 – 2011);

Provided legal consultations on issues of designing and construction of wind farms in the Baltic Sea, including the assessment of regulatory legal acts and solutions provided for in the existing and drafted territorial planning documents as well as effects thereof on the development of the project, the preparation of proposals for the Comprehensive Plan of the Territory of Klaipėda County, as well as the preparation of conclusions on the possibilities of developing the project and of the project development action plan (2008 – 2011).
